SW1 (SCW) Scott T. Norman (USN), age 31, of Herndon, VA died on July 29, 2008. He was born on May 3, 1977 in Lawrenceburg, IN. As a Seabee he served with NMCB5, NMCB7 and NCTC Gulfport, MS, he also served in combat in Iraq, The DMZ in Korea and most recently served with the Naval Support Unit, State Department, in Kabul, Afghanistan. Scott coached his son's soccer team, he was heavily involved with the Hurricane Katrina recovery effort, and he was very involved with his children's school. Scott was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Scott was the beloved husband of Mollie Haley Norman, loving and devoted father of Cade Norman and Camryn Norman, son of Mark and Carole Zornes of St. Petersburg, FL and Julan Norman of Hamilton, OH, brother of Jordan Norman of Hamilton, OH, MNSN David Norman (USN) and his wife Maria of Aransas Pass, TX and Shayna Norman of Cincinnati, OH, grandson of Sally Norman of Cincinnati, OH, Bernice Brysch of George West, TX, Ed Klemas of Cincinnati, OH and Eva Zornes of Covington, KY, great-grandson of Martha Winterhalter of Cincinnati, OH, cherished son-in-law of Sr. Chief Billy Ray (USN, Ret) and Ruth Haley of Western Grove, AR, brother-in-law of Levi and Helen Haley, Uncle of Sebastian, Levi Rey and Braden, also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 2 nd from 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. Memorial services will be held in Cincinnati, OH and Gulfport, MS at a later date. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, P.O.
