Obituary of Richard Joseph Rally

Richard Joseph Rally of Sterling, Va  died Monday morning May 8^th at the age of 77.  He was born in Sewickley, PA on February 27^th 1946 to Anthony and Thomasina Rally.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years Vivian Rally, son Tony (Kim) Rally granddaughter Kyleen Brown and his sister Shirley Rally.  Richard J Rally served in the United States Navy before moving back to Pittsburgh, PA where he met and married his wife Vivian. They had two children, Tawnya (1972) and Tony (1978) Rally.  He worked as a general contractor while coaching little league football for most of his career.  He was an avid gardener who enjoyed spending time outside, often sharing the surplus of his garden with neighbors, friends, and family members.  Richard was outgoing and enjoyed meeting new people.
