On Thursday June 8, 2023 Laurie I. Podell of Reston, VA, died peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband, Victor Podell. Children, Adam (Keiko) and Jennifer. Grandchildren Taylor, Evan, Alyssa, and Sosuke. Brothers Marshall (Khari) and Steven (Beth). She will be truly missed by all those lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11 am. The family will receive friends from 10 to service time.
