David Joseph Scampone was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 17, 1940.

The son of Gertrude Denton Scampone Garone and Ralph Scampone; predeceased by his sister Linda Wilson and brother Joey Garone. Survived by his wife Bonnie Smith Scampone of 60 years and daughters Kim Solloa and Bonnie Scampone and grandson Victor David Solloa.  

 

Dave served his country in the United States Air Force enlisting at the age of 17. Dave retired as a heating and air conditioning technician after 35 years. His interests were drawing, photography and watching his grandson play baseball.  He loved to play skee-ball at the beach.
