I had known Joyce for about 30 years working with her at Salllie and Navient. She was always unflappable and caring. I'm sure everyone will miss her greatly. I know I will.
We are so shocked and sadden to hear of Joyce's passing . We have worked with her for 25+ yrs at Sallie Mae and Navient. We had become close and had talked about taking her to Maui in the Spring. We are so glad we got to see her recently. And sad that she didn't get to enjoy more time in her retirement. Our hearts go out to her family. She brought her granddaughters to met me yrs ago at Whole Foods. She did enjoy them so.
