I have many fond memories of visiting the O'Brien home growing up in Somers. I enjoyed wonderful dinners with the O'Briens as a lifelong friend of their daughter Patty.
I thanked Mr. O'Brien just a few years ago for teaching me about photography, as kids he let us view his extensive collection of vacation, landscape, and family photos on Kodak slides. He taught us about photography. He was a talented photographer. I let him know, when I last saw him, that I went on to have a career as a photographer.
To the O'Brien family, I am sorry for your loss and thank you for all the wonderful memories. Our family is sending you hugs and love.
