Obituary for Dorothy Gantt 

Dorothy V. Gantt, age 91, of Colonial Beach, Virginia passed away peacefully at her home on October 24, 2023. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Lloyd Gantt.  Dorothy was the loving mother of two sons; Albert Gantt, of Colonial Beach and Jay Gantt of Mechanicsville, VA.. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Gilbert Martyn of Gordonsville and a sister, Margie Brown of Front Royal, VA.  Besides her two sons, Dorothy is also survived by a step-sister, Maryann Kent Davis of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Quantico National Cemetery beginning at 11:00 AM.  All friends and family are invited to attend.
