Joe was a great guy who loved living in Reston, Virginia in the Midtown Building. He was a very kind and loving friend to my late wife Judy Stahl Kush and myself. We were both former US Army captains who loved to discuss world and domestic events, military history, politics, spirituality and religions, especially the latest developments in the Catholic Church. I will miss my friend in many ways. Hope and trust God will take good care of Joe in heaven. Deepest sympathy to his wife Chieu Anh and family. DAN KUSH
