We are very sorry for your profound loss.
Our thoughts are with both the Kunka and Preston families as you come to terms with the tragic loss of Kim.
Starting with a celebration of life today, we hope that the painful memories surrounding her devastating disease will, in time, gradually be replaced with so many wonderful memories of Kim when she was healthy and vibrant.
