I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Gail. I was a clinical tech at Loudoun hospital in 2021 when she was on the unit I was working on. She was my patient a few times and I’ll never forget how sweet she was and the honor of discharging her on her birthday that year. Thoughts and prayers to her family.

Oh sweet Gail you are missed. You became our friend in 1993 when we bought our home on Shallow Ford Road and we became backyard neighbors with your Dad and Mom. Then we were a young couple with just a 1 1/2 year old son. He mesmerized your parents and you and they, especially you, were patient with us as our family grew. Then we got a dog and we all loved Bo. You provided dog sitting and walking services whenever needed because you were that kind of neighbor!
But some fondest memories are of sharing a glass of wine on the back porch, yours or ours, and looking at your beautiful garden! How blessed we were to have you and then Jimmie as neighbors. Your beautiful gardening even made it into our backyard. After 27 years we retired and moved away. Despite the time and space, we've been so saddened by your loss. We know you are in the most beautiful gardens now. God Bless your loving memory here on earth.

My memories of Gail tie hand in hand with Jimmie both toiling in the front gardens at Trinity Presbyterian. Their introduction of time proven perennials into these growing spaces will carry their gift of giving these bursts of pure visual joy to many generations to come. Aggie and I will remember them and their kindness each day as we fetch the delivered newspaper copy at driveways edge. God bless, Aggie & Joe Francis

I will always cherish the jewelry shows that Gail and I partnered on. She was a constant encourager and brilliant artist. She gave me confidence to create beautiful pieces of wearable art. Those that did not sell, I still wear withany fond memories.
Also, one fall season, I was working on an Old-fashioned Christmas program for the church. In a conversation with Gail, we dreamed of a beautiful old town backdrop. Gail began to paint and the result was an entire street scene of lights and shops of Olde that covered the entire front of the sanctuary. Her design was a true masterpiece, one I will never forget.
Lastly, she helped us create a life-size tomb to use at Easter. For several years, we set it up outside and posted guards for the Easter vigil.
Gail used her giftedness for the glory of God and for the betterment of our community. I have no doubt she is marveling at the beauty of eternity now and finally at peace. I love you Gail and will forever be grateful that I have called you my sister and friend.
