Obituary of James Kenneth Peterbok

James Kenneth Peterbok, age 63, passed away on October 10, 2010 after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Donna (Handler) Peterbok. He was born in Joliet, IL on March 7, 1947 to the late Virginia Tittsworth and Kenneth Peterbok. Other survivors include his brother, Richard Peterbok; brother-in-law AJ (Jennifer) Handler; sisters-in-law Ginny (Ernest) Szego and Heidi (Pete) Lorenzi; nephews Geof and Greg Peterbok, Nick Handler and Matt Lorenzi; nieces Nina (Trevor) Handler-Hyland and Briana Lorenzi and great niece and nephew Hailey and Tristan Peterbok. He was predeceased in death by brothers Randy and Brian Peterbok. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Inova Heart Transplant Fund c/o Debbie Campbell at Inova Fairfax Hospital or The Loudoun County Animal Shelter in Waterford, VA. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Vale United Methodist Church, 11528 Vale Road, Oakton, VA 22124.
