Out of Ken’s hope fulfilled - to be your husband - and his desire to be the father of Devlin, his loving and adoring son, and of Lily, the “love of Daddy’s life,” Ken's legacy goes on. Your family is a living tribute to his love that will be carried into generations to come. In this way, Ken is ever present. We are prayerfully with you and sincerely and deeply sorry for your loss. We miss being there tremendously and are asking the Lord for the favor of 100,000 angels to surround your family to support you and to hold you in His safe keeping. We love you. God bless you.

I'm so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Ken at UUNET (and successor corporations). Ken was always one of the smartest, and funniest, in any meeting. He had common sense--a trait not always apparent in many people in a company growing at warp speed. When times got tougher during the dark days of WorldCom, Ken took a real interest in the welfare of his staff and others in the company. Even though I worked in a completely different department, Ken always took the time to ask how I was doing professionally, and to offer me suggestions on how to navigate the huge bureaucracy that we had become. I would have loved to have worked directly for him, if I could have ever figured out any way to match my own skills to what Ken actually needed. I'm sure your whole family must be struggling through this awful loss. But please know that there are many others out there whose lives have been touched, and improved, by Ken. People like me, whom you probably never knew any way. If there is any way I can ever return the favor to you, please let me know. Mark (msteppel@yahoo.com)
