Rowe and his companion Daniel of Rockville, MD; Michael (Patricia) Rowe of Camby, IN; Kathleen (Steve) Flora of Davidson, NC; Brother of Francis Rowe of Yorba Linda, CA; Joann Hanni of Fredrick, MD; Doris (Duane) Hall of Scottsdale, AZ; Brother-in-law of Mabel and Ida Rowe both of Mitchell, SD and Charles Cain of Brookings, SD; Grandfather of Maranda Rowe, Stephen Rowe II and Kaitlyn Flora. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 5 th from 3pm until a prayer service at 4pm at ADAMS-GREEN Funeral Home 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA www.adamsgreen.com Interment Calvary Cemetery in Mitchell, SD.
