Obituary of Jessie Julia Ruckert

Jessie J. Ruckert, age 89, of Fairfax, VA died on July 2, 2008 at INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital. She was born on September 27, 1918 in Fairfax, VA to the late James E. and Lucy King Croson. Jessie was the beloved wife of the late Karl K. Rukert, loving and devoted mother of Daniel Ruckert and his wife Renee of Ormond Beach, FL and Carolyn Botchie and her husband Tom of Charleston, SC, sister of Evelyn Curtis of Fairfax, VA, Eleanor Thompson of Woodbridge, VA and Walter Croson and his wife Gladys of Warrenton, VA, sister-in-law of Trula Croson, dear friend of Wilma Hinkle, proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 6 th , from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 7 th at 11am at Center Pointe Church of Fair Oaks, 4104 Legato Road, Fairfax, VA. Interment will be held immediately following the service at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Herndon, VA.
