Mrs Shah, I was so saddened to hear about Shyam last evening. I was shocked, as I had just spoken with Barb and she was telling me about a possible transplant. My thoughts are with you, I am at a loss for words of what I can say to you, to even try to understand what happened. Shyam was a wonderful/respectful/beautiful young man. You did everything for Shyam, you loved him with all your heart, and he knew it. I hope you know you are an incredible Mother.
