Obituary of M. Borchers

Bridget Hennessy Borchers, age 69, died on March 22, 2008 at her home in Reston, VA. She was born on September 19, 1938 in Bismarck, ND to the late Edward and Jean Hennessy. Bridget was a 1960 graduate of St. Theresa's College, Winona, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She was an active community volunteer for her entire adult life. Bridget was the beloved wife of 47 years of Robert R. Borchers, loving mother of Patrick J. Borchers of Omaha, NE, Anne Borchers Meyer of Fairfax, VA and Robert E. Borchers of Pleasanton, CA, sister of Ellen Galush of Evanston, IL, Margaret Dory of Oak Ridge, TN and Sheila Sievers of Albuquerque, NM, proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 24 th from 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 25 th at 11am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 11900 Lawyers Road, Reston, VA. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 25 West Lipoa Street, Kihei, HI 96753.
