Birta Gay Webley (age 71) On November 10, 2011 at her residence in Herndon, VA. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Bobby Lee Webley; loving and devoted mother of Debbie Gibson of Ashburn, VA and Robert Webley of Manassas Park, VA; Grandmother of Alicia, Christina and Melissa; and eight great grandchildren. Sister of Clarence Owens of Culpeper, VA and Larry Owens of Sterling, VA. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Monday Nov. 14, 2011 at Adams-Green Funeral Home 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA 20170; where funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday Nov.15, 2011.
