Obituary of Oliver James Weipert

Oliver James Weipert (Age 83) On Tuesday, December 14, 2010, Oliver James Weipert of Herndon, VA (formerly of N. Ft Myers, FL and Livonia MI) passed away peacefully at home. Beloved husband of almost 60 years to Wanda Croll Weipert; devoted father of Dennis (Teresa) Weipert of Herndon; Christine (Michael) Garvale of Cupertino, CA; Barbara Ritter of McLean, and Mary (Larry) Longtin of Vienna; and loving grandfather of Stephen (Sarah) Weipert, Leslie Weipert, Christopher Weipert, Jennifer Garvale, Bryce Ritter, and Emily Longtin. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 17, at 1:00 p.m. at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Herndon. The family will receive visitors at the home of his son, Dennis Weipert, at 694 Old Hunt Way, Herndon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in his memory to Capital Hospice, Philanthropy Office, 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, VA 22042. All who knew him will forever miss his grace, wit, and wisdom.
