Dear Linda, Michelle and Christian, Stephanie and Charles, and your entire family, Please accept my deepest condolences for your enormous loss of David. My Dad's passing under what I believe were somewhat similar circumstances seems like only yesterday. My thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time.
