Obituary of Milford Woodson II

"Mil" unexpectedly passed away March 18, 2012 at his home in Bethesda, MD. He was born September 19, 1963 in Washington, DC to Cynthia Davis and the late Milford Ryland Woodson. Mil grew up in Reston, VA where his love for sports started in Reston League Football & Basketball. He attended Herndon HS and graduated from Winston Churchill HS & the University of Maryland. He currently worked as a Special Investigator at USIS. He enjoyed golf, fantasy football & basketball, other sports, and visiting his mother in Cancun, Mexico every year. He is survived by his mother, Cynthia; uncle Melrose Woodson; aunt Linda Woodson; sisters Kimberly Woodson Park, Dr. Kristina Woodson, and Maya Woodson Turman; brothers-in-law Brent F. Park and Benjamin Turman; nephews Anthony Woodson, David Clark IV, Brandon Clark, Brent E. Park, Miles Turman, and Marley Park; nieces Naomi Turman and Sasha Woodson; great niece Arabella Clark; and many cousins, friends, and coworkers. He will be Sorely missed. Services will be held March 30, 2012 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170 viewing at 11am followed by a service at 1pm.
