Obituary of John Tyler Fearnow

John Tyler Fearnow, Jr. (age 87) On May 5, 2012 at his residence in Sterling, VA; beloved husband of June DeHaven Fearnow; loving and devoted father of Monty Fearnow of Sterling, Susan Fearnow of Oak Hill, VA and the late John Tyler Fearnow, III; He is also survived by his grandson, Brian Tyler Stephan of Oak Hill; his sisters, Maxine Gobiel of Birmingham, AL and Catherine Dougal of Kerrville, TX. Mr. Fearnow served in the US Navy during WWII. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Wed. May 9, 2012 and 1:00 pm until funeral service time , 2:00, Thurs. May 10, 2012 at Galilee United Methodist Church 45425 Winding Road Sterling, VA. Interment will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Herndon, VA .In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Galilee United Methodist Church.
