We were saddened to learn of Frank's passing. Working with him for a few years, I appreciated Frank's genuine kindness, interesting stories, and great sense of humor. Inevitably, when I was packing up my things at the end of the work day to go home, Frank would say "James, take the rest of the day off". We laughed. I use that line today. To Agnes and Family, we extend our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. To Frank, a job well done. Take the rest of the day off.
