I wish I could be there to celebrate Uncle Charles' life. I remember him as always being a very kind person. The kind of person that made you feel like you mattered. He would look you in the eyes when you were talking. My rememberances of him will be all good. He was blessed to have such a large family, and we were blessed to have him apart of it. As a child I always wanted to stop by his house first before going to Granny B's. sometimes we got to, and that was so fun..... Most times we drove straight to Granny B's because he was coming down there anyway. I hope he is enjoying Aunt Sylvia's coleslaw now because I have not had any that good since she left us. I think we get to eat in heaven even though we are spirits.... I still think we get to eat. Now he will be joined with his first love. If you can read this Uncle Charles :) ......
