Carlos Hector Hinojosa was born on August 10th 1986 in Arequipa-Peru. He grew up in Arlington and Ashburn, Virginia. He graduated from Broad Run High School in 2004. He found his passion with the computer sciences. Carlos graduated from Strayer University in 2011. He passed July 7th, 2012. He will always be remembered as a beloved son, grandson, nephew, brother, cousin, and friend.
