Marnie, Bill, Jr. and all family members: I am very sorry that I will not be able to come up for the service. I have another memorial service in Washington in the morning. When I last saw Marion late last fall, she looked great. In recent years, she sometimes stopped by to see me when she came to Alexandria for a doctor's appointment. Marion was a wonderful help with the Art League and the early days of the Torpedo Factory, and I have given the League a memorial in her honor. Marian Van Landingham
