Obituary of Ann Perkins

Ann Barr Perkins, age 91, died peacefully at Sunrise Assisted Living, Reston, Virginia on Thursday July 12, 2012. Born in Washington D.C. on December 16, 1920, she grew up in Chevy Chase, MD. Ann is survived by her three children; daughter Margaret and husband John Redman of Baxley GA; son Tom and wife Carol Anne Perkins of Vienna, VA; son David and wife Janice Perkins of Phoenix, AZ; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Tom A. Perkins Jr. A eucharist funeral service is planned at her church, Christ Church Parish, 4001 Franklin St. Kensington, MD, 20895 on Thursday July 19 at 10 AM. Interment in Arlington National Cemetery will take place at 3:00 pm on Wed. Aug. 22, 2012.
