To the Family and Friends of Jack, I send my heartfelt condolence. When I first started working at Foreign Agricultural Service, Jack was in my section, and he was so friendly and warm which I greatly appreciated given my newness there. I remember him as someone who was very talented and smart, sensitive and caring. May he rest in peace with the Heavenly Father of all of us and use his influence above to help all the people who are still suffering on this earth from cancer. Sincerely, Patty Kiefer
