Sending thoughts and prayers to Adam's family. I went to middle and high school with Adam and we shared several classes together. I remember when he sat behind me in 9th grade geometry and he would always make me giggle. He lit up rooms with his humor and presence. I have many little memories of Adam that make me smile. I am so sad he has gone so soon; we will always remember him.

To the Green family, I am so, so sorry for your loss and the loss to the community that loved Adam so much. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing how much happiness Adam brought to so many. He was a great man who was not only hilarious, but empathetic, charming and proud and loved his family to no end. I will always remember how happy he got when you were coming into The Capital Grille to see him. He would get giddy almost and make sure that you had a special booth where he would place a framed picture of himself on it :) to accompany you while you ate your dinner. The joy that radiated off of Adam was palpable in every room that he entered. I will miss his silly songs and accents and our talks of Pitbulls, childhood baseball and chipped teeth. We all now have the funniest guardian angel there ever was...Rest in Peace "Mr. Green."

Adam you were taken too soon. I will always remember how you made everyone feel special as only you could. You had a loud and gentle way of stealing the show no matter what the occasion. You allowed yourself to be the butt of so many jokes just to ensure the laughter rang loudly. The world was a better place with you in it. Now you take a different role for us. You now need to watch over us and smile down to make sure that type of behavior continues on. We shed tears at our loss of you and in time that will fade to laughter of fond memories. It was so special to me that you shared a birthday, December 10th with my daughter, my first born. You were always so happy about that. That means more to me now than anyone could know. I loved growing up and knowing Adam Green. I remember his friendship especially at Dranesville - particularly how he and I loved to see how angry we could make our 4th grade teacher at us :) I remember his ability to read people well and come to know them in special and unique ways. Thw world has lost a uniquely special guy. Adam could make anyone smile with very little effort. He was an amazing friend and co-worker. The Clyde's of Reston family has lost one of it's own.
