Obituary of Delbert Louis Fox

Delbert "Bud" Fox passed away peacefully at his home in Chantilly, VA on Monday September 24, 2012. He was born in Sterling, VA on April 2, 1937 to Claudius Fox & Daisy Mae Fox (Byrne). He was preceeded in death by his parents, a brother Leo "Sonny" Swanson Fox and his Min-Pin "Tipper" He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Lillian Delp Fox of Chantilly, VA. And East Palatka, FL. One sister Delores Mae Sparks and her husband Lee of Catharpin, VA., six children Rannah "Erin" Lewis & her husband Michael of St. Augustine, FL, Douglas Kenny Fox and his wife Linda of Winchester, VA, Lynn Fox and his fiancée Margit Corey of Chantilly, VA, Cheryl Spencer and her fiancée Tommy Robey of Winchester, VA, Brian Lewis Fox of Harpers Ferry, WV and Mark & Valerie Fox of Berryville, VA. He was an amazing grandfather to fourteen grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren. Additionally he is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Delbert was a Jack of all Trades from cars to construction. He enjoyed spending time with family & friends, cooking, canning, working in the yard and garden, football and Nascar.
