Obituary of Lowell Ray Williams

Lowell Ray Williams Jr., 69, of Oak Hill, Va. died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at Reston Hospital Center, Reston, Va., after an illness of several months. Mr. Williams was born Jan. 31, 1943 in Haleyville, Ala. His parents were the late Eva Cagle Williams and Lowell Ray Williams, Sr. Mr. Williams was owner and CEO of WCC, Inc., Herndon, Va. He is survived by: a son, Jared Williams, Leesburg, Va.; Joy Florio, Oak Hill, Va.; stepdaughters, Vita Florio and Nicole Florio, Oak Hill, Va.; sister, Gayle Williams Davis, Auburn, Ala.; and several aunts, an uncle and several nieces and nephews. The funeral for Mr. Williams, will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, Va. A visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral from 1:30-2:30 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m.
