Obituary of Harrel Burdett Costello

Harrel Burdett Costello, 84, of Hendon VA, died Sunday, October 21, 2012. He married Mary Costello in 1982, and they lived together in Herndon, VA. Harrel was a heavy Equipment Operator until he retired in 2007, previous owner of The Shopping Bag, and was passionate about; God, family and the outdoors. Harrel was an active member of Believers Baptist Church in Leesburg VA. Harrel preceded his son Tony, and is survived by his wife Mary and six daughters; Suzie, Darlyne, Brenda, Trena, Wanda and Sheila. He also is survived by twenty one (21) grandchildren and thirty four (34) great grandchildren. A viewing will be held at 6pm-8pm Wednesday at Adams-Green Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10am Thursday at Adams Green Funeral Home, followed by the burial graveside procession at Stonewall Memory Gardens Cemetery.
