Obituary of Larry Eugene Owens

Larry Owens, of Leesburg, VA, passed away at Inova Loudoun Hospital on Thursday, November 15, 2012 following a brief illness. He was born in Cucumber, WV on August 10,1944. He is survived by 3 sons, Larry, Jr. and his wife Candy of Richlands, NC., Charles of Mechanicsburg, PA., and John and his wife Holly of Leesburg, Va. 3 grandsons (Jack, Garret and Robert) and 1 granddaughter (Brittany). He is also survived by 1 brother, Clarence and his wife Shirley, of Culpeper, Va. He was preceded in death by his parents Garfield and Pearl Owens and a sister and brother-in- law Gay and Bobby Webley. Arrangements are by Adams-Greene Funeral home with the viewing from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Monday, November 19, 2012 at the Sterling Park Christian Church, 800 E Staunton Ave. Sterling, Va. 20164, with the funeral service immediately following the viewing. Interment will be in Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, Va. Pall bearers will be Danny Brunkart, Caleb Mills, Matthew Owens, Mike Mantz, Robert Webley and Bill Buck. The alternate will be David Mantz. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any monetary donations to help with expenses as Larry had no insurance and no savings. Donations can be made to John Owens at the service or care of Adams-Green Funeral Home at 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170
