Lloyd, you will always live on in my memory of the summer you spent with De and me on our home in the Sierra Foothills. The chicken coop you helped us build, churning homemade ice cream for the 4th of july, and most of all your kindness to De and myself in helping us develop our property. Even though Lloyd and Afifi came into our lives only a few years ago, we became fast friends. We loved getting our families together for holidays and picnics, but especially enjoyed hearing about Lloyd's interesting life experiences. Intelligent and up on world affairs, it was always fun to get Lloyd's perspective on current events, especially in the Middle East. But most of all we loved his laugh and shining Irish eyes. Sometimes he would laugh until the tears started to flow. Lloyd, we love you and will miss you, but look forward to meeting again in Heaven.

It was my honour to have Lloyd in my life for a number of years here in Limassol Cyprus. The entire Tinsley family were so sad when we heard that our brother had passed onto glory, but also greatly comforted by the fact that his unwavering faith in our Lord Jesus Christ has become sight. Dear Afifi and Family: How sorry we were to learn of Lloyd's passing but you must surely be comforted in the knowledge that he is now with the Lord.
