I met Sharon at work approximately 8/9 years ago. During our initial conversation, we both discovered that we lived in the same condo community, only one building apart. Sharon -- my co-worker, my friend, and my neighbor. She was a very warm and caring person; so friendly and easy to talk to. I knew she was SPECIAL within 5 minutes of meeting her. Her love of family was so very obvious. We shared something wonderful in common -- being a "grandmother." I know Sharon was especially pround of her 3 grandsons. And she touched so many people in her own special way. When I think of Sharon and her battle with cancer, 3 words come to mind: COURAGE, STRENGTH & ENDURANCE. I will miss my friend very much.
