During the ten years that my family lived in Great Falls, Frank was a genuine model of a Christian, a husband, a father, a community leader and a military man. Frequently in those days, and since, I would consider his example—kind, firm, principled and poised—in making my own decisions and taking action. His example always was a perfect union of humility and dignity. I am eternally grateful for the gift of his friendship. The mention of Frank and Martha always brings a warm smile, as both are bright figures in the reminiscences of our family.

Our most sincerest condolences to Martha, the Boys and their familes for the loss of Frank. We shall always remember him as a quiet, kind man, quick to help and quick to enjoy a good chuckle. Alas a big man in a tiny car was a sight to see. Frank will be missed by more people than you can count. May he rest in peace.

COL Dillon was always such a wonderful image of fatherhood and service. His presence within the parish and scouting inspired many in the community. My prayers and condolences to Martha and the rest of the Dillon family.
