To my brother, my best friend, will miss you greatly! I will always remember the great times we shared together; golf, watching SU games, drinking at the waterfront, boating and watching tv together every Wednesday and Thursday evenings while I was suppose to be working. Our company, American Woodmark, recently adopted Directravel as our TMC and Scott was our Sales Rep. In the short time I worked with Scott, I quickly learned what a consummate professional he was and what a kind and caring individual.
He had the innate ability to make everyone feel comfortable and confident and we felt fortunate to have such a professional group leading our account.

It's very hard for me to sit here and type this. Scott was such a wonderful son, brother, friend and father. There are so many good memories and great times that I shared with Scott and his family while I was a part of their lives. Times I will never forget and cherish forever. I am so sorry that I cannot personally be with the Barwinczak's to express my condolences. Please know that each and every one of you are in my thoughts. I will miss Scott a great deal but am grateful to have known him for as long as I did. He will be missed by so many.

I didn't know Scott very well but I did meet him once and had few conversations with him. In fact just a week ago we were on a call together.

My favorite conversations with Scott was about the holidays. He especially loved Christmas. I am usually a grinch myself, but the way he went on about decorating and spending time with family, especially his daughters, and giving gifts, really made me see things in a different light. And this was part of his gift. Scott had an amazing perspective on life, and I thank him for sharing that with me.

I am Susan's daughter. I just wanted to say a few things about Scott. He was so nice, kind, loving, sweet, funny, honest, always fun to be around, smart, and he was just a overall great person and he will grately be missed. I really loved Scott, he brightened everyday. We shared so many jokes and memories. We even had our own secret codes for things! "Aca-scuse-me?... Aca-believe-it." that was one code word, also our name in his contacts. He was very picky about what he ate. My mom and I turned him on to so many things. He was so excited when he discovered something new that he loved. It was so funny! Two examples would be, bulgogie, and pho. He really LOVED my mom's home-made pasta. It worked out becuase he didn't like many things that I didn't like. He was always in a great mood. He knew me so well. When ever he was shopping for me or Emily or Elie, he always picked out awesome stuff, and it mostly always fitted perfect. He was always there for me, and took my side. I knew I could count on him for anything. It just really breaks my heart that I didn't really have a chance to say good-bye and most importantly that I loved him very much. Uh, I am crying while I am writing this. He will always have a special place in my heart. I will NEVER forget him. I love you Scott.
