Time, is more than what we see when we look at a clock on the wall or our watch. It is life's most precious gift that draw people together. There is always a time to play, a time to cry, a time to smile, a time to laugh, a time to rejoice, a time to be serious and a time to pay attention. Of all the time we mentally record, the most heartfelt is when its time to to give birth and time to say "Rest In Peace." Several years ago, I worked at NRECA where I had the opportunity to get to know Mr. Dana Butts. I enjoyed working in his department and on his team. He was a great boss and will be missed dearly by many. I wish his wife, Dianne and daughter Allison much peace and comfort, today and all the days ahead.
