I have so many fond memories of hugs and kisses from this wonderful man who was so encouraging to everyone around him. Mr. Cue was supportive of Gardenville Rec Center and did so many things that needed done when others did not or could not do them. With a twinkle in his eye he was our Santa Claus for Christmas parties. I know the devastation of the loss of a father. My thoughts and prayers are with Stevie and Doug. I also see the loss that a husband has had on my mother. My best wishes and prayers go out to Mrs. Bernie. Take care of yourselves and cherish the memories....Carla

WOW- who knew your first name was Melvin! You will always be Mr. Cue (or Cueball) to me and never forgotten. A kind and caring man, husband, father & friend. I'm grateful I have those wonderful Rec memories and that you were apart of them. To Miss Bernie, Stevie, Doug and the rest of the family- my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Mr Cue, Met him when we started skating at the Rec center. He used to call Rachael, Miss Tippy Toe because she walked on her toes (when she wasn't wearing her skates). Always was there to help, with Snackbar, Parking for the Skating shows,he was Santa Claus, and did all kinds of jobs we probably didn't know about. What a kind man, with a great sense of humor. My family and I have always thought fondly of Mr Cue, and of course will continue to do so. Keeping Mrs Bernie, Stevie and family members in Prayer for Comfort and Peace. You will be missed Mr Cue. Love, Janet, Craig, Johanna and Rachael

The world has truly lost a wonderful man. He could make you smile by just walking into the room. He was our very own "Santa Claus" and how special he was to everyone. He will be truly missed but will always be thought of with love and affection. We loved ya Mr. Cue. I'm sure you would say back to me - Thanks sugar lips!
