Stacy Kevin Shinn, 46, passed away early Friday morning August 30, 2013 of an apparent heart attack at his home in Sterling, Virginia. Stacy is survived by Dilia, his wife of 19 years, stepson, Herardo, brothers Steven and Scott, Mother Emelie Young, Stepfather Harrison Young and several nieces and nephews. Viewing will be at the Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA at 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 3, 2013 followed by a memorial service at 11:00. Stacy was a wonderful young man and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
