Lorraine Beatrice Carpenter, 62, of Reston, Virginia passed away at her home early Thursday, September 19, 2013. She is survived by her daughter Charlene Yelegen, her husband Goksel and their son Rojan; as well as her brother Harry Carpenter.
Lorraine was a loving mother and friend and will be remembered for her strength and courageous spirit.
