Joe, we've been neighbors for decades and your death has left me so sad. I'll miss helloing across the yards or hearing you say on a clear crisp morning that "It's a Bar Harbor day!" The blue flowers were a reminder to me of the Virginia Bluebells you found along the bike path in Loudoun County and rescued from the developers building yet another shopping center. When they bloom this spring, I'll be thinking of you. Where ever you are now, I hope that it's a Bar Harbor Day.
