Guynell Helms Holstein passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2013 in Loudoun County, Virginia at the age of 73. Guynell was born in Kannapolis, North Carolina on November 25, 1940 to the late Guy and Mildred Helms. She was predeceased by her husbands, Daniel M. Hartzog and Louis A. Holstein and her brothers Donald Helms and Dale Helms.
Guynell is survived by her children, Jeffrey Hartzog and Anita Weber, her siblings Larry Helms and Shari Conedera, her grandchildren, Daniel, Kathryn, Chloe and Abigail and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170 on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 12:00-3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
