Lois W. Gooch - On Wednesday, November 13, 2013, passed away peacefully at Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burke , VA. Beloved mother of Erna (Ted) Hochstein and Susan (David) Harris and the late John C. Gooch. Grandmother to Daniel and John Harris, and Jennifer and Jarrett (deceased) Gooch. Survived by her sister, Ilean Wynkoop, a nephew and several nieces. A Celebration of Life is to be held on November 23, 2013 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street , Herndon , VA 20170 . Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm with a service to commence at 3:00 pm. Because of her great love and devotion for rescuing animals, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA), PO Box 415 , Aldie , VA 20105 or online at www. foha.org. Please specify the donation is being made in her name and designate "For Jerry's Place" fund.
