Natalie Boland Novak
Passed away on Jan. 18, 2014, Natalie Boland Novak, retired nurse, devoted wife of Edward A. Novak, Jr., M.D., of Potomac Falls, Va.; devoted mother of Edward A. Novak III, of Camp Hill, Pa.; and cherished grandmother of Anna Novak and Katharine Novak.
Born in 1934 in Archbald, Pa., and graduate of Marywood Seminary and Georgetown University School of Nursing. Practiced nursing, nursing teacher, hospital administrator, and loving caregiver to her family. Former resident of cities in northern and southern California, Florida, Hawaii, and Japan. Also survived by her sisters, Harriett Kiley and Suzanne Golden, and by her twin brother Stanley.
Friends and relatives may call at the Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, Va., on Friday, Jan. 24 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 46639 Algonkian Parkway, Potomac Falls, Va.
A memorial celebration and internment at Arlington Memorial Cemetery will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arlington Kiwanis Foundation, P.O.
