Dear sweet little Sophia, you were my hero and your parents too, you have shown me what love can do and how powerful it is. Your mommy and daddy were so proud of you, precious little fighter. I hope you are dancing with the angels. You had so many people that loved you here on earth and you inspired and touched so many people, you won my heart the first time I ever saw your picture. Emma and. Nando, you are wonderful parents you gave that little girl a beautiful life and I am sure she is smiling down on you and watching over you, God picked the right people to be sweet little Sophia's parents. you were great parents to her and such strong amazing people. Many people touch our lives but few impact it as much as Sophia has impacted mine. Blessed enough to know her mom I already knew she'd be special but she was beyond that. She smiled despite anything she was going through and that alone made the world a better place. She showed me the person I hope to become and took me to a place I have never been. Who would think a little girl could bring together so many people from so many different walks of life. Little Sophia crept into the hearts of thousands and thousands of people. She brought her family so much happiness. She was an angel here on earth and I loved every picture video and status update her parents shared. Sophia fought harder than a lot of adults I know. I never got to meet you in person, I really wish I could have. By following the pictures and videos I got to see you smile,laugh and grow it was like I did meet you. Sophia,we are so blessed to have become friends with your amazing mommy & daddy..who shared their beautiful princess with us. I know we only got to see you a few times but those few times were so special to us. I never got to say goodbye to you and for this I am deeply saddened. I just wanted to let you and your parents know that I enjoyed taking care of you and I thought and still think about you and your family everyday. Although I never met baby Sophia, I feel like I lost a child too. She was so happy and beautiful, I never expected her to loose her battle, but I guess God needed her more then earth did. Her mother loved her so much and you could see it in the way she talked about Sophia. My prayers go out to the family, I prayer they find comfort and don't let sadness over come them. That little girl had an impact on so many lives. I can't help but cry. Rest in peace sweet owl.

I followed Sophia's story through FB. She has touched my heart completely, a day did not go by that I would not log in to just check what mommy had updated. I am so saddened that this beautiful little Owl is no longer here with us. I will truly miss Sophia and her beautiful big eyes and that smile that just melts my heart. I have a 10 month old baby girl my self and I work at a Dialysis Clinic and I could relate so much to her story. My self and the many thousands of people who got to know Sophia's story will truly miss Sophia dearly. She left an imprint in our hearts and taught us all a lesson that life is so beautiful and cherish every second of it. Sophia's mommy and daddy you both are my Hero's you fought with Sophia every step of the way you have been blessed to carry the title of being the parent's of such precious little girl! I am so so sorry for the loss of Sophia. I always checked on her every day and never miss a day o prayer for her since I have been following. Owl u have touched so many peoples lives. You have been such a blessing to each and every one of ur followers. I know u have moved on to be with your brothers. I can see all 3 of u running and playing, and u sticking that little tongue out at them. We feel like u are a part of our family. I have 2 grandsons that's just turned 4 & 6 in Dec and Jan.U are like a granddaughter to me. U made my day looking at ur pictures and that little tongue be sticking out. I would take pic on my cell and send them to my sister so she could see how beautiful u are.U were a fighter till the end that's for sure. I never cared much for the date (except that I shared a birthday with Johnny Cash). Seeing your sweet face and reading the sweet things your mommy wrote brought me a lot of joy and hope during some very dark days. I still cannot believe you are gone. My heart hurts. Reading about your passing had me break down in tears for the first time in over a year. I still can't get it together. I was so sorry to hear of Sophia's passing and I know how difficult losing a child can be. Her time on Earth was short, but the quality of that time is what truly matters. You gave her life, love, joy, and happiness amongst many other things. She will always be a part of you and she will always be with you.
