Noel was great. He and I shared many moments together as we were both relatively new working for Dulles Airport. At the time, Noel smoked cigarettes, so we would time our breaks accordingly. Through these little breaks, I got to know his family well. He often spoke of his children and wife...school issues, getting them to/from soccer and tai kwon do classes. He hated working snow.

You will be missed. You leave behind a legacy of a family man. Rest assured that your children have been blessed and will always know that their upbringing, their morals, and their values are a direct result of your fatherly love.

My family and I are deeply saddened with the passing of my first cousin Noel and to you Carmen, Catherina and Nicholas we all share in your grief and are praying for the eternal repose of his soul. Noel was my contract manager for over 11 years at Dulles. He was a tough boss but a fair one . I never got away with much. I often wished I had an easier guy to work for but at the same time I realize that his dedication and commitment to always doing your personal and professional best is what made me into the manager I am today. Forever grateful for hard road and the mentor that got me through it. Thanks Noel , rest in peace. Winter is over.

For those of us who knew Noel,as both a friend and co-worker the shock of his passing suddenly and unexpectantly has been devastating. Cathy and I will pray for the family to receive comfort from each other and thru the many friends that Noel has made . Noel was very well liked and respected for his professionalism at Mwaa. The ultimate compliment has been given to Noel on many occasions, though he never heard it said. His supervisor would encourage new people joining the work group to " watch how Noel Tenorio goes about doing his job on a daily basis" and use his example in your career and you will do very well.
