Obituary of Jerry B. Adams

JERRY B. ADAMS, (age 65) of Herndon, VA on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Beloved husband of Julia L. Adams; loving father of Brian (Brooke) Adams of Fairfax, VA; and devoted grandfather of Emily Louise Adams. He is also survived by his brother, Larry (Anne) Adams of Harrisburg, PA. His parents, Ford and Louise Adams preceded him in death. Mr. Adams received his PhD from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He was an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon E-Systems, retiring after thirty years of service. Family will receive friends Friday, August 20, 2010 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1133 Reston Avenue, Herndon, VA 20170. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Tabor United Methodist Cemetery, Littleton, NC.
