Obituary of Nancy Kay Ghaffari

Nancy Kay (Fiser) Ghaffari, beloved wife, mother, and sister was taken unexpectedly from us on April 8th, 2014. Nancy grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and Annandale, Virginia. A Registered Nurse, Mrs. Ghaffari was a graduate of Annandale High School and Northern Virginia Community College. Throughout her life, Nancy enjoyed travel, particularly her trip to Europe and to visit family in Canada and California. Nancy was completely devoted to her family, was a great lover of animals of all kinds, an amateur artist in multiple media, and an ardent defender of the downtrodden. She is survived by her husband Behzad, sons Bijan and Armon, daughter Parisa, and brother William.
