William "Billy" D. Rector died Monday April 21, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester VA. He was the son of the late James W. Rector and Nina Marie Rector. He is survived by his Aunts Gertrude Fletcher of Sterling and Aileen Holmes of AZ, as well as many, many cousins. He was a loyal Redskin Fan and dressed everyday in Redskin Clothes. He loved Sports in General. The family will receive friends on Thursday April 24, 2014, from 6-8pm, at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street Herndon, VA. A graveside service will be held on Friday April 25, 2014 at 10:30am at Sterling Cemetery on Church Road in Sterling,VA. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in his name to Cerebral Palsy of Virginia. Online condolences may be left and donation information may be found at www.adamsgreen.com
