Dear Ron & Jeannie
I'm so sad to recently hear of Amanda -- just found out over the weekend. I recall with great warmth in my heart when Amanda & Cindy were young visiting the office. We shared candy from my candy drawer, funny little girl stories and their excitement of Girl Scouts. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Regardless of the time lapse between our visits and word exchange, the Frost girls were always my favorite little Girl Scouts...

Amanda was my roommate at Mason. She was the best roommate I've ever had! She was kind, caring, and an all around amazing person. She and I and our dorm mates shared many good times. And I will treasure those great memories we had together. My deepest condolences to the Frost Family.

I moved to Virginia in 2011 and met Amanda through work. She was a quiet soul with a big heart (quiet in the beginning) but once she came out of her shell...well let's just say we all seen a tremendous out going person. She helped me in more ways then many know. She became part of my family when she moved in with me and Alora. She was like a big sister to Alora and not only a co-worker to me but a true friend. We were always there for each other at the end of the day and understood each others "hard day at work". We could vent about events and we both knew it was never directed at each other. Ron and Jeanne, I want you to know how great Amanda was to everyone she met. You both did a wonderful job raising such an amazing woman. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Please know that your daughter was very much loved by those that were blessed to know her. Even though i have never met ya'll, my heart breaks for you in the tragic loss of a very kind, humble and genuinely a good person inside and out. She was a very dear friend of my daughter and I and will treasure the memories we shared with her. My daughter had an instant connection with her and i always knew we would be lifelong friends. She was always supportive and lent a listening ear to anyone that needed help. She was an awesome technician and an honest person. I miss you sooo much. Thank you for always being there as a friend and confidant. You were and will always be an inspiration to me. Anna Leah always liked you from the first time you met her and was comfortable with you. You were her very first baby sitter and enjoyed your company. I loved your sarcasm, your personality and your strength to overcome the most difficult circumstances with determination and grace. You enhanced the lives of the people that knew and loved you. You were one of my favorite vet techs and enjoyed working with you and I'm so happy and blessed to know you. We had many things in common and believed in the same things.
